She has held pivotal roles within renowned international brands across diverse markets including Ukraine, France, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Italy, Montenegro, Cyprus, USA, and the UAE.

Throughout her career, Katerina has spearheaded successful pre-openings of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) properties in Kyiv, Baku, and the CIS region, as well as launched iconic Buddha-Bar restaurants in Washington and Prague.

Her responsibilities span every aspect of hospitality management, from outlet design and team recruitment to implementing international brand standards and overseeing operations, ensuring excellence at every level.

Baba Gurbanov has extensive experience in financial and investment management within international hotel chains such as Hilton, InterContinental, Kempinski, Hyatt, Sheraton, and others.

He has built an amazing hospitality and finance career, starting as a front desk specialist at Hyatt hotel and becoming the CEO of Sara Invest Holding.

He has worked at various financial positions, from auditor and financial controller to financial director, in hotels of Austria, Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan.
